My name is Isabel Parlett, and ever since my early days as a coach, I’ve been working to figure out how soulful business owners can use words to make a living doing work they love and how they can make the deep, powerful transformations that they offer feel clear, tangible and easy-to-understand.

As an early adopter in the coaching industry. I worked with lots of types of people, and I realized that no matter who you are — executive, artist, manager, or new business owner — you need good words to communicate your value to the world, and without that it is very, very hard to have the impact you want, or secure the opportunities to do work that is both pleasurable and meaningful.

Over the years, I started to develop tools and techniques to get people quickly to the good stuff – to the richest, juiciest message they had to share. In fact, I developed such a reputation for finding clear, simple words for hard-to-describe offers that I wrote the definition of coaching for the International Coach Federation (to be precise, I was headed the team that wrote the definition).
